Job summary

The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Registered Pharmacy Technician to support safe, efficient medication distribution. Under supervision, you will prepare, label, and deliver medications, assist with outpatient processing, and manage inventory with automated systems.

You will operate pharmacy robotics and information systems, maintain accuracy, and communicate clearly with patients and caregivers. A Massachusetts license and high school diploma are required for this onsite role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pharmacy safety and handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, fill, label, repackage, and deliver medications for pharmacist verification.
• Replenish and audit storage areas and automated dispensing cabinets; process returns and recalls.
• Deliver controlled substances to automated dispensing machines per policy.
• Operate pharmacy robotics and information systems to support workflow.
• Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, pharmacists, and team members.
• Follow policies and perform other assigned duties as needed.
