Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Pharmacy Technician at our Boston campus (32 Fruit Street) to support the pharmacy team under pharmacist supervision. You will assist in preparing and delivering medications, manage inventory, and use pharmacy technology and automation to ensure accurate dispensing.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, state license, and 2–3 years of hospital experience or formal training in a pharmacy technician program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy technician license/ certification preferred.
• 2–3 years hospital pharmacy experience or formal training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and delivery of medications.
• Deliver and stock pharmacy inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and dosage calculations under supervision.
• Utilize robotics, automation, and information systems.
• Assist in training junior staff and triage calls.
