Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• PTCB or NHA certification preferred.
• BOP registration in the state of work as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone in a timely and courteous manner while complying with HIPAA.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs upon entering the pharmacy.
• Assist pharmacist in dispensing medications accurately and timely.
• Oversee inventory and expiration dates; maintain organized shelves and records.
• Understand third-party billing and assist with prescriptions and patient billing.
