Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician for the Outpatient Pharmacy in Norwood, OH. This role supports medication dispensing, automated systems, prescription coordination, and inventory management, with opportunities to mentor peers.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of pharmacy tech experience, and CPhT certification; Ohio board registration is required. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends, and a sign-on bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPhT certification required; approved by PTCB or ExCPT.
• Must be registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and dispensing of medications (hazardous & non-hazardous).
• Support automated medication distribution systems.
• Coordinate routine prescription fills and deliveries.
• Manage inventory, insurance processing, and operational workflows.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to other technicians.
