Job summary

The MetroHealth System in Cleveland is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join the Outpatient Pharmacy Team at the Main Campus. Required qualifications include a high school diploma and Ohio Pharmacy Technician registration; preferred candidates may hold PTCB/ExCPT credentials and retail or ambulatory hospital experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Ohio Pharmacy Technician registration maintained throughout employment.
• Able to interact effectively with diverse populations; capable in fast-paced environments.
• Preferred: active PTCB or ExCPT certification; 6–12 months retail or ambulatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory, cash handling, and adherence to procedures.
• Operate Epic and related software to support patient care.
