Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Pharmacy Technician certification or license.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Disciplinary action may occur for non-compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assists pharmacist with collecting patient information and maintaining records.
• Uses pharmacy technology to prepare medication orders and perform calculations.
• Ensures proper supervision and accuracy checks by pharmacists.
• Maintains medication supplies and manages controlled substance inventories.
• Communicates with caregivers and participates in quality and safety initiatives.
