Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required.
• Experience in hospital outpatient pharmacy and specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Familiarity with URAC/ACHC accreditation and USP standards.
• Proficiency with data management and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of retail and specialty pharmacy operations and staff.
• Ensure regulatory, safety, and hospital standards compliance.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and task assignments for efficient workflow.
• Provide operational oversight in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and reconciliation.
• Support 340B program compliance and accreditation readiness.
• Lead training and competency evaluations for staff.
• Collaborate with hospital departments and external partners to coordinate patient care.
