Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions to assure accuracy and evaluate ingredients and suitability.
• Provide information and advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage.
• Counsel patients on medication administration, potential side effects, and storage.
• Monitor patient health and progress in response to drug therapy; respond to prescription issues.
• Operate and supervise pharmacy services and staff, using evolving technology.
