Qualificações

• PharmD or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist or eligible within 90 days of hire.
• BLS certification and immunization administration certification within 90 days of hire for those administering immunizations.
