Job summary

CoreHire is seeking an Outpatient Pharmacist in Winslow, AZ to provide patient-centered care in a community setting with a daytime schedule and a 40-hour work week. There is potential to float to the nearby Dilkon facility as needed.

Housing and RV lots are available in Winslow. The role requires AZ licensure, active BLS, and ACLS within one year. Bilingual English and Navajo is preferred; a valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active AZ license or Pharmacist intern license with NAPLEX/MPJE within 3 months of graduation.
• BLS (AHA) current; ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• Bilingual in English and Navajo preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted, insurable driver’s license required.
• Pass background investigation and IC PFVP Act compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pharmaceutical care in Winslow, AZ.
• Float to Dilkon, AZ as needed.
• Maintain licensure and comply with regulatory requirements.
