Job summary

Winslow Indian Health Care Center seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to provide outpatient pharmaceutical care under the Chief Pharmacist. You will manage chronic disease patients, adjust therapy with physicians, and counsel on medications.

The position requires PharmD and state license, BLS; ACLS within a year. Navajo language skills preferred. You’ll support WIHCC’s mission, uphold confidentiality, and maintain professional standards.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree required and licensed or in internship phase with licensure to be granted.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 12 months of hire.
• Navajo language skills preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and pass background check.
• Work in adherence with WIHCC policies and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pharmaceutical care under Chief Pharmacist.
• Manage selected chronic disease patients and adjust therapy with physicians.
• Counsel patients on medication use, storage, and side effects.
