Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is guiding a private pediatrics practice in North Las Vegas, NV to hire a BC/BE Pediatrician for mostly outpatient care with newborn rounding at a Level-III hospital two days a month. Expect 20–25 patients per day with a strong support staff, and potential for a partnership track.

The position offers a 4 or 5 day work week option, base salary of $225–$240K with negotiable sign-on and relocation, full benefits, PTO, and CME opportunities.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible pediatrician.
• Experience in outpatient pediatrics preferred.
• Ability to work with a strong support staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide 4–5 days/week outpatient pediatric care.
• Newborn rounding at Level-III hospital 2 days/month.
• Collaborate with a strong support staff to manage patient flow.
