The position is nearly 100% outpatient, with newborn rounding at a Level-III hospital about 2 days per month. Expect about 20–25 patients per day with strong support from two pediatric NPs. Compensation includes a base salary of $225,000–$240,000, full benefits, PTO, CME, and negotiable sign-on/relocation; partnership track available for equity.
