The role offers 100% outpatient practice with a Pediatric Hospitalists referral network, a four-day workweek, and a community-focused setting. Compensation targets $250K+ with a $60K sign-on and $20K relocation, and PSLF loan assistance up to $100K. Visa sponsorship is not available.
