The position offers outpatient staffing with a 4-day work week (Mon-Thu), a $310,000 annual earnings target based on 14 patients per day, and a potential path to partnership. Inpatient call is optional for an additional $39,000 per year, and a $25,000 sign-on bonus plus comprehensive benefits are included.
