Job summary
Pediatric Associates seeks a Full-time Outpatient Pediatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Sebring and Lake Placid, FL practice. 100% outpatient with a weekday schedule and no night call, leveraging telemedicine for after-hours coverage.
EMR is eClinicalWorks; NHSC-eligible site with robust benefits. Requirements include 2 years of pediatric NP/PA experience, completion of an accredited NP/PA program, Florida license, DEA, and BLS.
Qualifications
- 2 years of general pediatric experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant is required.
- Successful completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.
- PA must have NCCPA certification; NP must be ANCC/PNCB.
- Current, Unrestricted license to practice in Florida.
- Current, Unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain in Florida.
- BLS certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient pediatric care as NP/PA.
- Collaborate with board-certified pediatricians.
- No night call; telemedicine coverage after hours.
- Maintain EMR using eClinicalWorks.
- Support NHSC loan repayment eligibility.
- Participate in credentialing and licensure maintenance.
