Job summary

Pediatric Associates seeks a full-time Outpatient Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Orlando practice. The role features 30–40 hours per week, no weekend shifts, and offers sign-on and relocation bonuses along with strong clinical and administrative support.

Ideal candidates will have completed an accredited NP/PA program, hold NCCPA certification if PA or board certification for NP, and possess or be eligible for Florida licensure and DEA registration. New graduates welcomed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• PA must have NCCPA certification.
• NP must be board certified (ANCC or PNCB).
• Active Florida license to practice medicine or eligibility.
• Active DEA license or eligibility in Florida.
• Meets all requirements for medical staff membership and privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric care in a busy practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• No hospital rounding; participate in scheduling and patient flow management.
