Job summary

Pediatric Associates Sebring, FL seeks a full-time outpatient pediatrician to join a growing practice serving children from newborns to teens. 100% outpatient practice with a predictable weekday schedule and no night call; our telemedicine team handles after-hours coverage.

You will use eClinicalWorks EMR, collaborate with board-certified pediatricians and NPs, and contribute to a patient-centered, family-focused approach.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree required.
  • Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-approved residency in Pediatrics.
  • Current, unrestricted Florida medical license or ability to obtain one.
  • Current, unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain.
  • Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training.
  • BLS certification is required.
  • PALS as required for hospital appointment.

Responsibilities

  • 100% outpatient practice, building lasting relationships with patients and families.
  • Predictable weekday schedule with occasional Saturday mornings.

Education, Licensure & Certification:

  • M.D. or D.O. degree required
  • Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
  • Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
  • Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State ofFlorida
  • Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training
  • Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment
