Medical on Demand Staffing LLC is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) in Ormond Beach, FL. This outpatient role emphasizes low patient volume and a value-based care model, with a focus on preventative medicine for a Medicare Advantage population.

No hospital duties, no call nights, and a strong support team provide a balanced work‑life arrangement. Ideal candidates will have an MD/DO, Florida license (or eligibility), and at least 1 year of primary care experience.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum 1 year of primary care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services
• Manage chronic conditions and preventative care plans
• Conduct Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
