Job summary

Atrium Health Physical Therapy, a facility of Carolinas Rehabilitation Charlotte, seeks an Occupational Therapist for outpatient services. You will assess patients, develop plans of care, and deliver therapies focused on orthopedic, neurological, and complex medical conditions in a collaborative setting.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, state OT licensure, and BLS. Preferred experience in outpatient neuro and SCI with willingness to expand skills in vision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state OT license.
• Preference for outpatient neuro and SCI experience.
• Willingness to pursue education for vision impairment care.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient evaluation and care planning.
• Delivers care appropriate to age-specific needs and populations.
• Maintains thorough documentation of plan of care and actions.
• Offers clinical leadership and mentoring to staff.
