Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent Outpatient Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver comprehensive therapy services to patients recovering from injury, illness, surgery, or neurological conditions in an outpatient setting. The role emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered care.

The OT will educate patients and families, contribute to treatment plans, supervise OT students, and support quality outcomes while adhering to hospital standards and policies.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in the applicable state and BLS CPR Level C.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapeutic care to ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and health-care providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Supervise OT students and assistants to develop clinical skills and quality care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes.
