Cleveland Clinic is seeking an Occupational Therapist for outpatient lymphedema care at the Fairview Wellness Center/Strongsville Health Center. The role supports pediatric populations under the Cleveland Clinic Children’s umbrella, focusing on empowering patients through therapy and education.

The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with shifts 8:00am-4:30pm and 10:30am-7:00pm, located at Fairview Wellness Center and Strongsville Family Health Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and Ohio licensure required.
• Current BLS or healthcare provider certification required.
• Ohio licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve independence in daily living.
• Assess plan of care and design treatment frequency and modalities.
• Implement treatments and document patient progress.
• Educate patients and families about deficits and care.
• Direct and supervise support personnel.
• Act as clinical instructor or participate in student evaluations.
