Job summary

The MetroHealth System seeks an outpatient Physical Therapist to join its MetroHealth Medical Center team in Cleveland. You will evaluate and treat patients across the age spectrum using therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation procedures, with a focus on lymphedema care.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, therapy delivery, and upholding the system’s mission and standards. Travel to satellite locations may be required; biweekly hours are 60 across three ten-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires Ohio Physical Therapist licensure.
• Current BLS certification, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to travel to satellite locations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients by physical measures and the use of therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation procedures (with or without assistive devices) for the purpose of preventing, correcting, or alleviating disabilities.
• Patients may include neonates through the geriatric population.
• Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or post‑graduate certificate in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited school
