• Preferred 1 year of occupational therapy experience.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement interventions to improve functional abilities and independence.
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately per policy.
• Assist with discharge planning and home-modification recommendations.
