Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide leadership within the OT team.

You will work across in/outpatient settings, ensuring safe, evidence-based care while documenting progress and communicating with the care team. The role requires an OT degree, state licensure (PA or NJ), CPR/BLS certification, and compliance with state practice guidelines.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited program.
• BLS certification required upon hire or within 30 days of hire.
• Active OT license in PA or NJ based on work location.
• Must follow state-level practice guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Completes patient evaluations and develops treatment plans.
• Implements treatment programs at multiple locations for in/out patients.
• Supervises COTA daily as needed and coordinates with OT team.
• Documents patient information and communicates progress in timely manner.
• Represent OT in multidisciplinary meetings and participate in training.

Education

Doctoral Degree or Masters in Occupational Therapy

BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)

Current Occupational Therapist license (PA or NJ)

Work within PA/NJ practice guidelines
