Job summary

SustainableHR is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for an outpatient clinic in McAlester, Oklahoma. This opportunity offers both full-time and part-time/PRN/on-call options with competitive hourly pay and sign-on or performance bonuses.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and document findings in a modern clinical setting while collaborating with physicians and the care team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Oklahoma OT license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication and collaboration with care teams.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Open to new graduates and experienced OTs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient clinic.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and care team.
• Support planning and promotion of therapy programs.
• Present educational in-services to staff as appropriate.
• Supervise COTAs as needed per Oklahoma regulations.
