Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to perform patient transfers with assistance as needed.
• Ensures safe and appropriate body mechanics and develops care plans.
• Educates patients, family, caregivers, and staff using effective teaching methods.
