We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for an outpatient clinic opportunity in McAlester, Oklahoma. This position offers the opportunity to provide patient-focused therapy in a supportive outpatient environment with access to modern clinical tools and evidence-based treatment resources.
The primary opening is full-time, with part-time and PRN/on-call opportunities also available.

Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient clinic setting
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other members of the care team
Assist with planning, developing, and promoting therapy programs
Present educational in-services to therapy staff as appropriate
Support general clinic and rehabilitation department operations
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed and in accordance with Oklahoma regulations
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain state licensure
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
New graduates and experienced Occupational Therapists are encouraged to apply
