Job summary

Flagship Therapy in Fort Worth, TX seeks a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant for our ALF/ILF outpatient program. The OTA will deliver rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices.

We welcome graduates of accredited OTA programs with an active state license. All experience levels are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under OT supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with supervising OT to adjust treatments as required.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
