Synergy Care is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist Assistant to serve Bethesda Gardens in Fort Worth, TX. You must hold NBCOT certification (COTA) and an active OTA license or be eligible for licensure. Job duties include evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, supervising aides, and participating in case management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OTA program or graduating within 6 months.
• Current NBCOT certification (COTA) required.
• Active Louisiana OTA license or eligible for licensure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing treatment and discharge planning.
• Supervise assistants and aides.
• Participate in case management.
