Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OTA program or graduating within 6 months.
• Current NBCOT certification (COTA) required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing treatment and discharge planning.
