Responsibilities

• Assists patients with transfers safely and respects patient dignity.
• Designs and adjusts plans of care based on patient response and evidence.
• Educates patients and families using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluates clinical findings and determines PT diagnoses.
• Performs examinations and selects appropriate assessment methods.
• Monitors care delivered by support staff and provides feedback.
• Communicates with the medical team and documents care.
• Meets customer service and productivity standards.
• Acts as clinical instructor when assigned by team lead/manager.
