Job summary

Green Oaks Physical Therapy in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our manual-therapy focused outpatient team. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with physicians and insurance providers.

We offer a competitive salary ($78,000-$95,000), a productivity bonus up to $15,600, tuition reimbursement, a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, and mentorship with the clinic director to develop manual therapy skills.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent from an accredited program required.
• Texas Physical Therapy license active required.
• 1+ years outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans.
• Review referral and patient records to determine PT treatment.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
