Cape Cod Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics and aquatic therapy in Mashpee, MA. Full-time preferred; new grads welcomed and mentored from day one. Clinic features a warm water pool and full fitness facilities with a balanced schedule.

The role includes managing roughly 11–12 patients daily, with a schedule Mon–Fri 7am–7pm and Sat 8am–1pm; benefits vary by status. Licensure in MA required upon employment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent; MA state licensure required.
• New graduates welcomed and mentored from day one.
• Full-time availability preferred; part-time considered (≥16 h/wk).
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Treat a general orthopedic caseload including pre- and post-operative patients.
• Assist with aquatic therapy within the clinic's program and supervise poolside care.
• Focus on balance, vestibular rehab, and sports physical therapy.
• Manage a caseload of about 11–12 patients per day.
