Job summary

Peak Performance Physical Therapy in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking a driven Orthopedic Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient role. You will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions, using evidence-based plans to restore mobility and function, with EMR documentation via WebPT.

Join a collaborative team of two PTs and a PTA in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, focusing on personalized care, patient education, and outcomes-driven therapy to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid California physical therapy license.
• Strong manual therapy and exercise design skills; clean disciplinary record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' abilities and goals.
• Manage an individualized caseload with hour-long sessions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Apply manual therapy and exercise protocols for orthopaedic patients.
• Educate on pain management alternatives to reduce meds/surgery.
• Motivate and support patients throughout rehabilitation.
• Record progress using EMR (WebPT) and collaborate with providers.
• Consult with other clinicians to ensure holistic care.
