Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in South Oxnard is seeking an Outpatient Orthopedics Physical Therapist. This full-time role offers a compensation range of $92,000-$125,000+ depending on hours, with productivity incentives for patient access, giving you more control of your compensation!

The role supports a location at 1651 E Channel Islands Blvd, Oxnard, CA 93033 and a compensation package based on experience and incentives.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure to practice physical therapy.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• CPR certification and any state-required certifications.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using various therapies.
• Administer exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and strength.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to optimize results.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, home exercises, and prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals for comprehensive care.
• Ensure timely discharge summaries and follow-up as needed.
• Stay updated on PT techniques and emerging best practices.
