Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of CT to work in the specialty area of Outpatient.

This contract position offers an 8-hour schedule and requires accountability for aligning with the organization’s vision, values, mission and critical goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in outpatient settings.
• Current Physical Therapist license within the state of practice (CT).
• Licensure in CT or in the process of obtaining licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services according to physician orders and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with care team to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
