Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. You will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions to improve strength, mobility and functional independence, developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with the care team.

The role includes physician-led continuing education, scheduling support, and access to Athena EMR.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current FL License or eligibility to obtain.
• New grads and experienced PTs welcome.
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics and collaborative patient care.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic patients to improve strength, mobility and function.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with orthopedic physicians and the care team.
• Document patient progress using Athena EMR.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
