Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support recovery goals.
• Collaborate with orthopedic physicians, PTAs, and the care team.
• Document patient progress using the shared EMR.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
