Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and function.
• Document patient progress using the organization’s shared Athena EMR.
• Foster strong communication with Physical Therapists, physicians, and the orthopedic care team.
• Help patients regain independence and return to their daily activities.
