Job summary
Relient Health is seeking full-time Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for outpatient orthopedics in Jacksonville, FL and Ponte Vedra Beach. New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome, with mentorship and growth opportunities.
Schedule is Monday–Friday in a physician-connected, orthopedic-only setting. Therapists will access physician notes and imaging via the shared EMR, participate in a structured mentorship program, and receive support for continuing
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy or PTA program.
- Current Florida PT or PTA license or eligibility to obtain before start.
- New graduates and experienced clinicians welcome.
- Interest in outpatient orthopedics with collaborative patient care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and establish plans of care.
- Guide treatment progression and monitor outcomes.
- Document treatment and patient progress in the EMR.
- Educate patients on exercises and recovery goals.
- Collaborate with orthopedic physicians and rehabilitation colleagues.
