Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have valid licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any state-required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
