Spine & Sport Physical Therapy - North Oceanside is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for our outpatient orthopedic clinics in the San Diego area. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid state licensure for Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any state-required certifications.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy; excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities, goals, and plan of care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with exercises and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and home programs.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of progress and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
