Join us as an Outpatient Orthopaedic Physical Therapist at Mercy Health - Fairfield Hospital in Oxford, part of Bon Secours Mercy Health.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled physical therapist committed to excellence in orthopedic and sports medicine care. Our team works closely with orthopedic physicians to provide evidence-based, impairment-focused, hands-on therapy, including advanced skills such as dry needling, manual therapy, and sports medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy services following standards of practice and legal requirements.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, develop and revise treatment plans, and document progress accurately.
• Provide direct therapy, educate patients and families, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervise and collaborate with therapy assistants, and potentially precept students.

Qualifications

• Ohio licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification
• Orthopedic Certification and Manual Therapy training are preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage a busy caseload
