Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist for our Adult Outpatient Rehab Team. This full-time role serves an adult caseload at our outpatient clinic, delivering general musculoskeletal care and requiring at least 1 year of outpatient experience.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed Physical Therapist in Florida with BLS certification. Relocation and sign-on bonuses are available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatment to patients.
• Provide patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability after injury or disease.
• Oversee support staff.
• Participate in departmental operations and performance improvement activities.
• Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines.
• Participate in mandatory education and licensure requirements.
