Job summary

FOX Staffing Network partners with a physician-owned orthopedic and sports medicine practice in Georgia to fill a Physical Therapy Clinic Director role in Lawrenceville. The position directs outpatient orthopedics operations and leads a growing team.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in healthcare, GA PT license, 2 years PT experience, and strong leadership, clinical, and administrative skills. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare or related field is required.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current State of Georgia Physical Therapy license or eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR certification for Health Care Providers.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee activities of the PT department.
• Provide skilled PT treatment plans per physician orders and standards of care.
• Design home exercise programs post-discharge and instruct patients.
• Document and maintain clinical and administrative records.
• Maintain patient records confidentially and manage charges.
• Develop and implement department programs and marketing efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Georgia PT Act and related regulations.
• Lead and supervise PT staff including assistants and aides.
