Job summary

Relient Health in Locust Grove, GA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) / Clinic Director for outpatient orthopedics. This role blends hands-on patient care with leadership and collaboration with orthopedic physicians to grow a high-performing clinic.

You’ll lead a clinical team, mentor staff, and develop programs while continuing direct patient care and driving quality outcomes in a physician-led orthopedic practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Georgia PT license or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics.
• Strong clinical judgment and a passion for orthopedic patient care.
• A desire to lead, mentor, and develop other clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead the outpatient rehabilitation team while maintaining an active patient care role.
• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that support each patient’s recovery goals.
• Collaborate directly with orthopedic physicians and the rehabilitation team.
• Coach and mentor clinicians to strengthen clinical skills, confidence, and teamwork.
• Support daily clinic operations, an excellent patient experience, and effective communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with applicable regulations.
