Job summary

FOX Staffing Network partners with a leading orthopedic group in Georgia to recruit a Physical Therapy Clinic Director for an outpatient setting in Stockbridge. This direct-hire role leads a brand-new clinic and guides clinical operations to optimize patient outcomes and service quality.

The ideal candidate holds a GA physical therapy license, has at least 2 years of PT experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to develop programs, collaborate with physicians,

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia or eligible to become licensed
• 2 years' experience as a Physical Therapist
• Current CPR certification for Health Care Providers
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding procedures
• Thorough knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee activities of the physical therapy department, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and current standards of care
• Design home exercise programs and follow-up plans after discharge
• Document and maintain clinical and administrative records accurately
• Develop and implement department programs including post-offer testing and pre-employment screening
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with PTs, assistants, and aides to deliver patient care
