We have:

1. Two full-time Physical Therapist positions in our Fraser, CO outpatient clinic.
2. A part-time Physical Therapist position in our Walden, CO family practice clinic.

Reports to: Rehabilitation Services Director

Job Description: Responsible for providing physical therapy services under the Colorado Physical Therapy State Practice Act. Responsibilities include examining, evaluating, assessing, and treating patients in an outpatient setting, administering interventions to restore function, and documenting services accurately and timely.

Flexible scheduling is available; most full-time therapists work four 10-hour days. Join a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved School of Physical Therapy. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Current BLS certification or within 60 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy
• Board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist
• Dry needling certification

Compensation: $40.00 to $64.50 per hour, DOE, plus a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus. Housing stipends of $175 or $350 per month are available for residents of Grand, Summit, and Jackson counties.

Benefit-eligible employees include both full-time and part-time staff. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, STD, FSA, and participation in our retirement plan.

Status of Positions:

• Full-time Fraser: Flexible days/hours
• Part-time Walden: 1-2 days/week
