Reports to: Rehabilitation Services Director
Description: Responsible for providing Physical Therapy Services under the Colorado Physical Therapy State Practice Act. Examines, evaluates, assesses, and treats patients in an outpatient setting. Administers physical therapy interventions in an effort to restore function and prevent impairment and disability following injury, disease or musculo-skeletal dysfunction. Ensures documentation for services is provided timely and accurately.
Flexible scheduling and most full-time therapists work 4, ten hour days. Great opportunity to work on a collaborative team.

Compensation: $40.00 to $64.50 per hour DOE *$10,000 Sign-On bonus for Full-Time* Housing Stipend for perm positions: P/T $175p/t or F/T $350 per month available for residents of Grand, Summit or Jackson County.
Status of Positions: Full Time Fraser: Flexible days/hours; Part-Time Walden: 1-2 days/week

Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy. New Grads Welcome!
Current Colorado State Physical Therapy License.
Current BLS certification or within 60 days from hire.
Preferred:
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist
Dry needling certification
EPIC documentation experience
