Minimum Qualifications:

1. Graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program with Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate
2. Maintain current CEU's as required by state licensure
3. Active Occupational Therapy License in state where services are rendered
4. Fully authorized to work in the U.S. (VISA sponsorship NOT available)
